How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Fynanz account and associated data using the following method:

- Registered mobile number or email ID
- Business name (if applicable)
- Subject: Account Deletion Request

- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- All associated data will be deleted as described below
- You will lose access to your account and reports

- Loan records
- Borrower details entered by the user

- Collection and due reports

- Up to 90 days for system backups
- Longer if required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations

- Upon deletion request, such data is permanently removed from active systems
